"The Karmen committee offered us financing in two tranches, to be released according to our needs."

Sassy House

Pierre Emmanuel co-founded Maison Sassy in 2014, A house specializing in the production of Normandy apple-based beverages (cider, calvados, apple juice). With offices in Paris and London and around 20 employees, the company generates a significant proportion of its sales from exports to 17 countries, serving a clientele ranging from palaces and Michelin-starred restaurants to supermarkets.

The need for development financing

As a young and growing company, Maison Sassy had occasional financing needs for its purchases (volume effect and securing supplies) and its digital strategy, particularly for the high points at the end and beginning of the year (Epiphany and Chandeleur).

Our response

Karmen impressed with its speed of execution, simplicity and non-dilutive nature. The committee proposed intelligent financing in two tranches, an unexpected flexibility that led Maison Sassy to consider Karmen as a complement to its historical players (banks and equity) for its future needs.
