Caue Brioli co-founded Flexliving, a housing subscription solution that offers turnkey pied-à-terre apartments in Paris, specifically located a stone's throw from the office, for all teams who work remotely and need to visit the site regularly.

Financing requirements for operations

Of all the financing solutions Flexliving was eligible for, the company was looking for a reactive option, unlike the other players who were much slower. The main need was to rapidly obtain cash flow to finance their first housing operations in Paris.
