Azot
Yohan co-founded Azot two years ago, an IT development agency specializing in mobile and web applications, as well as complex infrastructures. The company focuses exclusively on supporting startups, helping them to develop their solutions during their recruitment phases.
A need for recruitment funding
Azot was looking to build up a cash cushion to recruit top development talent. The need was particularly acute to cover the 2-3 month time lag between a developer's recruitment and their first profitable assignment. Following a "bootstrap" model, the company wanted to maintain its cash flow without diluting its capital.
Our response
In June of the previous year, Karmen arranged financing in a matter of weeks, in contrast to the 6-9 months required for a traditional fund-raising operation. This rapid, flexible solution enabled Azot to more than meet its recruitment targets , while preserving its independence. Following this success, the company is considering further financing with Karmen to accelerate its growth and continue recruiting.
